Your Athletic Scholarship Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but you MUST apply the strategies that are in the program. I offer an industry standard 30-day refund period for purchases. This program is by far the best program ANY athlete in any sport could get their hands on. However, given all athletes are different, all athletes differ in what they offer college coaches and programs. There are never any “guarantees” at the beginning when someone goes “after” an athletic scholarship, or after a job, or anything along those lines. This program is a guide. Actual outcomes cannot be promised. We believe for very good reason the “advice” and this “program” are the BEST you could possibly get your hands on. Still, some athletes, even if they follow every step of the program, may not receive athletic scholarships NOT because they didn't run an outstanding recruiting campaign BUT BECAUSE, for whatever reason, coaches chose not to offer scholarships, selected other athletes, or other similar reasons. The individual purchasing this program understands that the program they are purchasing is an outstanding guide, but there can never be a guarantee of outcome as college coaches are the ones selecting the makeup of their own teams. However, when it comes to this program, we DO know that the program cannot work for you if you don't do the work. Our concern is you must do the work in order to best position yourself and give yourself your best opportunity for success. We have no problem supplying a refund. But in order to qualify for a refund you MUST submit proof that you did the work and completed key steps in the program.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 Central Standard Time. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

· Your “Packet”. This would be your materials that would be sent to college coaches to include your cover letter, athletic resume, and two letters from those on your “team” as described in the program. The written materials all need to clearly follow the style laid out in the program.

· Three (from you) forwarded follow-up emails to college coaches.

· A live link to your athletic recruiting video you created following the Your Athletic Scholarship Program.

NOTE: If athletes are young, they or their parents, STILL need to provide examples of all work listed above in mock or rough-draft format and also include a live link (YouTube for example) of a recruiting video they created, even if it would not have been used yet. All of this needs to clearly follow the model and examples drawn from the lessons in the Your Athletic Scholarship Program.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

*Please note:* If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by EmSam, . To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
